We are thrilled to have you as part of our community and are excited for you to welcome your new kitten into your home. This guide will ensure that she has everything she needs for a happy and healthy life. Nutrition Providing a balanced diet is crucial for your kitten’s growth and development.
Here’s how to ensure
she receives proper nutrition:
• Dry Food: Offer Royal Canin Kitten dry food mixed with Advance Kitten. This should be available to her 24/7, allowing her to graze as she pleases.
• Wet Food: Serve a mix of cooked chicken mince with Royal Canin Mother & Babycat wet food or any other high-quality kitten wet food. This should be provided twice daily—once in the morning and once in the evening. Health Care Maintaining your kitten’s health is vital. Please follow these guidelines:
• Worming: Worming should be done every two weeks until she is three months old, then once a month until she reaches six months. After six months, continue with worming every six months.
• Flea Treatment: Continue with monthly flea treatments to keep her free from parasites.
• Vaccinations: Your kitten will need her vaccinations as outlined in the vaccination booklet provided. Be sure to schedule regular vet visits for ongoing health checks.
• Desexing: It is very important to have your kitten desexed between 5 to 8 months of age to help prevent health issues and unwanted litters.

1. Water Bowl: Ensure fresh water is available at all times.
2. Food Plates: Use one plate for dry food and another for wet food to maintain a clean feeding area.
3. Litter Tray and Litter: We recommend using tofu litter, which is absorbent and environmentally friendly.
4. Cat Tree: A sturdy cat tree will provide your kitten with a space to climb, scratch, and play.
5. Toys: Engaging toys are essential for her mental stimulation and playtime.
6. Bed: A cozy bed will give her a safe and comfortable place to sleep.
7. Carrier: A secure carrier is essential for trips to the vet or travel.
8. Grooming: Although cats groom themselves, it is important to brush your kitten regularly to help reduce shedding and prevent matting. We recommend using a slicker brush and a metal comb for effective grooming. This will also help you bond with her and keep her coat healthy.
